I have been waiting 5 months for a refund and they have not responded. I have left 6 voicemails without even one call back. I have emailed 5 times and sent my receipt of shipping the item back. I did get one response that they would check with finance and no follow up. I have emailed three times since then over 30 days ago for an update….,, no response

My cats love this scratcher. They roll around in it all day. I love that the cardboard is non toxic. I feel confident about my cats health when I use products from this brand!!!

Very nice product. Light and well made. Didn't see a way to pick colors when ordering but they did email me to choose colors. We have been very happy with them.
